Installing

  1. Open Lead Flow Guard in the HighLevel Marketplace and click Install. The listing is coming soon; until then installs are by invitation.
  2. Choose your agency and the sub-accounts to monitor, approve the read-only permissions and pick a plan (every plan has a 14-day free trial).
  3. Open any sub-account or the agency view and click Lead Flow Health in the left menu. The first check runs right away: it imports the last 15 days of leads and checks every connected account.
  4. In Settings (agency admins only), add the email addresses that should receive alerts. Clients are never emailed.

How it works

Every hour Lead Flow Guard checks the Social Planner accounts, Ad Manager integrations and LC Phone numbers of each sub-account, and compares new leads per source and inbound messages per channel with that sub-account’s own 14-day baseline. Each sub-account gets a green, amber or red light. Critical alerts and recoveries are emailed immediately; warnings are sent in a daily digest at 11:00 UTC. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Sub-accounts new to the app start with “First check running…” and do not alert until they have at least 7 days of history. A permission that was not granted is shown as “not monitored”, never as an outage. Use Snooze to pause emails for a sub-account or a single alert, or Resolve to close an alert; a resolved alert is not reopened for 24 hours.

Alert rules

  • R1 Account disconnected (critical): a connected social or Google Business Profile account has expired.
  • R2 Expires soon (warning): an account expires within 7 days.
  • R3 Source silent (critical): no leads from a source for 24 hours although it normally brings in 3 or more a day.
  • R4 Volume drop (warning): leads in the last 24 hours are below 40% of the usual for that weekday (baseline of 5 or more).
  • R5 Inbound channel muted (warning): no WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or SMS inbound messages for 48 hours although the channel normally gets 2 or more a day.
  • R6 No phone numbers (warning): a sub-account that had LC Phone numbers now has none.
  • R7 Recovered (info): a critical issue is back to normal.

All thresholds can be changed in Settings.

Uninstalling and data

Agency admins can uninstall Lead Flow Guard at any time from the HighLevel Marketplace (Settings → Integrations / My Apps). On uninstall:

  • HighLevel revokes the app’s OAuth tokens. This app has no uninstall webhook, so Lead Flow Guard detects the revoked tokens at its next sync (typically within 24 hours), deletes the stored tokens immediately and stops all monitoring and emails.
  • Stored data for the agency — sub-account names, hourly lead and inbound-message counts, integration status, thresholds, alerts and recipient email addresses — is permanently deleted 30 days after uninstall, so a reinstall within that window keeps your settings.
  • To have it deleted sooner, email support@dobeo.com from the agency owner’s address.

We only store counts and connection status; we do not store contact records or message content. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
